Return an item

 

A few important things to note for returns: 

  • As we are a small business, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of shipment delivery date for a refund back to the original form of payment.
  • Any return request received after the 14 day window will be eligible for a giftcard.
  • Any return request received after 1 month from the delivery date will not be accepted back for any return or exchange. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with any tags attached.


Return request process:

Please send us an email at hello @ vanishing-point.dk and include your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and reason(s) for return.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. 

You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as “Vanishing Point Studio” is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return.

Once the returned package has been received, you will be issued the refund based on the return window noted above.

 

Damages:

Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to:  hello @ vanishing-point.dk . In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
