"Hello Mr. Cold" by Carles Porta

"Hello Mister Cold" is our favorite part of Carles Portas beautiful Childrens-book series of 4 books called " Tales from the Hidden Valley”.. 

 Written and illustrated by multi-artistic, Spanish Carles Porta (who, when not writing and illustrating children’s books, also hosts and produces the Spanish TV show “Crims” on crimes in modern day Catalonia), we follow not only the inhabitants of this enchanted, almost Moomins-like world, but also the changing seasons. A great series for children learning English, for those of us who love to point at stuff, and for everyone who has a preference for getting lost in hidden valleys and elaborate worlds alike.
